Lost/Stolen Packages

If you purchased Route shipping protection and there is a problem with your shipping please file a claim here:

Keep in mind if you did not purchase Route Shipping Protection, or Route denies your claim, Vanilla Bella Boutique LLC is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.


 Incorrect Address Entered

If you entered the incorrect address at checkout PLEASE TEXT (310) 997-7150 ASAP with your order number and the correct address to be sent to. We will try to resolve the issue before the package ships. If we are unable to change the address, we are NOT responsible for the incorrect information entered.

If an item is found to be not in stock from your order, we will issue a refund for that item at the time of shipment. Please allow a standard 3- 10 business days to see the refund post to your bank account. Thank you!
