We have a 30-day return policy.
Quickly and easily return your item(s) through our Returns Portal! Use of the Online Returns Portal is available to our US customers only.
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
- ALL RETURNS are refunded via STORE CREDIT in the form of a Vanilla Bella Boutique E-Gift Card. Returns are processed within 5-10 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
With limited exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WHEN:
- Items are in their original condition.
- Items are in their original packaging. (does not have to be returned in gift wrap)
- Tags remain attached to garments.
- Garments are unworn, unwashed and unstained.
WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS FOR THE FOLLOWING:
- Products received without authorization.
- Products purchased during a promotional sale period (30% off or more) or on markdown/final sale.
- GIFT WRAP
- Underwear, lingerie, or swimwear bottoms (including one-pieces and sets).
- Garments that have inbuilt underwear sewn into them.
- Products received in a condition other than their original condition.
- Products without their tags attached.
- Products that appear worn, smell of perfume, smoke, deodorant or body odor.
- Products that are marked or damaged in any way, that includes fake tan, deodorant and makeup.
- Products that have animal hair
Our returns department has the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the original condition. In this instance, the returned item WILL NOT be sent back to the consumer.
While we do not do direct exchanges you can start a return through our portal, and then use the Vanilla Bella Boutique E-Gift Card (store credit) to buy a new item(s) in a new size and or color.
What is a Vanilla Bella Boutique E-Gift Card?
This is an online voucher that will be sent to you for the amount (minus shipping and/or discount amount) of your returned item(s). You can use this E-Gift Card on all items at checkout and you do not have to use the total amount at once.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the case of a missing item, we will either send you the item within 1-3 business days once we have been notified or if the item is unavailable, we will send you a full refund which will be deposited back to you within (3-10 business days).
